One-time size exchange is available for unworn, unwashed items in original condition. For size changes due to wrong size selection or fit preference, the customer shoulders the return and replacement shipping cost.

1. How should I wash it?
Wash inside out with similar colors. Use cold water and mild detergent. Hang dry is recommended, or tumble dry low if needed. Avoid bleach and high heat to help preserve the fabric, color, and shape.
2. Will it shrink or stretch out?
The Slim Ribbed Tee is made with a cotton-rich blend and added spandex for comfort, stretch, and shape recovery. Like any cotton-rich shirt, proper washing and drying helps maintain the fit over time.
3. Is it true to size?
Yes. It is slim fit and true to size. Choose your usual T-shirt size for the intended clean, close fit.
4. What if I am between sizes?
Size up if you prefer more ease through the chest, arms, or torso. Stay true to size if you want the intended slim fit.

5. Can I exchange the size?
Yes. We allow one-time size exchange as long as the item is unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in original condition with tags and packaging. For size changes due to wrong size selection or fit preference, the customer shoulders the return and replacement shipping cost.

6. What items are not eligible for exchange?
For hygiene and quality control, worn, washed, stained, altered, damaged, or visibly used items cannot be accepted for exchange. Items with perfume, deodorant, sweat, detergent smell, missing tags, or missing packaging may also be declined.
7. What if I receive the wrong or damaged item?
If we sent the wrong item, wrong size, wrong color, or a verified defective item, The Man will shoulder the correction shipping cost after validation. Please contact us at support@themanph.com with your order number, clear photos, and issue details.
